Business model

Full Ownership

A fully owner-led hotel or restaurant structure where legal ownership, financial commitment, strategic control and operating responsibility sit with the owner.

01

Model overview

An individual, partnership or company owns the full hotel or restaurant operation. The owner holds legal and financial ownership and is responsible for strategic decisions, management, investment and overall performance.

02

Ownership and management structure

The owner has complete authority over the project, subject to applicable laws and regulations. The business may be managed directly by the owner or through an appointed professional management team.

03

Financial responsibilities

The owner provides the capital required for acquisition or leasing, construction, interior design, equipment, furnishings, technology, recruitment and working capital.

Business revenues belong to the owner, while expenses, obligations and possible losses are also carried by the owner. Profits after expenses and commitments remain with the owner or are distributed according to the ownership agreement.
